Our 11th Annual Rhumba 4 Rainbow on September 18th at Union South was another wild success! About 750 advocates, allies and community leaders helped the Rainbow Project dance the night away and raise money to prevent child abuse and end domestic violence. The beautiful performances given by Brandon Segovia, Serena Pav, Uriel Garcia, Vera Rowe, Brandon Ayala, Natasha Silva, Salsabrosa and the Salsabrositas were spectacular and made the night one to remember. We would like to extend a HUGE thank you to all our sponsors, judges, judge coordinators, emcees, and volunteers. The night couldn’t have been such a success without all of you. Rainbow would also like to extend an extra special thank you to Michelle Carolla, Caroline Bach, Ashley Matthews, Michael Flores & Kymtana Woodly for being fantastic celebrity dancers for this event! And last, but certainly not least, we would like to extend our deepest thank yous to the wonderful dance studios Fred Astaire and Tempo, which donated their time & instructors for Rhumba 4 Rainbow!
We hope to see everyone next year on September 23rd, 2016 at the Varsity Hall in Union South!
