Another Successful Rhumba 4 Rainbow
Our 11th Annual Rhumba 4 Rainbow on September 18th at Union South was another wild success! About 750 advocates, allies and community leaders helped the Rainbow Project dance the night away and raise money to prevent child abuse and end domestic violence. The beautiful performances given by Brandon Segovia, Serena Pav, Uriel Garcia, Vera Rowe, Brandon Ayala, Natasha Silva, Salsabrosa and the Salsabrositas were spectacular and made the night one to remember. We would like to extend a HUGE thank you to all our sponsors, judges, judge coordinators, emcees, and volunteers. The night couldn’t have been such a success without all of you.
Rainbow would also like to extend an extra special thank you to Michelle Carolla, Caroline Bach, Ashley Matthews, Michael Flores & Kymtana Woodly for being fantastic celebrity dancers for this event! And last, but certainly not least, we would like to extend our deepest thank you’s to the wonderful dance studios Fred Astaire and Tempo, which donated their time & instructors for Rhumba 4 Rainbow!Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
We hope to see everyone next year on September 23rd, 2016 at the Varsity Hall in Union South!
